1. Introduction
Welcome to EduSaarthi India. By accessing our platform, you agree to abide by these terms. We act as an intermediary marketplace for educational notes.
2. Contributor Obligations
Contributors must declare they own the copyright to the notes they upload. Uploading plagiarized content, exams owned by institutions, or violating third-party IP is strictly forbidden and will result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of wallet balance.
3. Purchases & Refunds
All purchases are final. Refunds are only applicable if a note is proven to be completely misleading, blank, or malicious within 48 hours of purchase. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable to original payment methods once used. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time but are not prorated.
